Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines what you may and may not create with Neyvo3D. It exists to protect rights holders, other users, and the service itself, and it forms part of our Terms of Service.

1.Purpose

Neyvo3D is built for ecommerce product visualization. This policy keeps the service focused on that purpose: lawful, rights-respecting product imagery. It applies to every photo you upload and every model you generate, preview, or download.

2.You are responsible for content rights

You may only upload photos that you took, own, or have a valid license or permission to use. Uploading a competitor's catalog images, marketplace photos you don't control, or watermarked stock imagery without a license violates this policy.

If a rights holder reports your content, we may suspend the associated models while we review the complaint and ask you for evidence of your rights.

3.Prohibited content

You may not upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive, including:

  • Content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
  • Images of identifiable people, including faces, without their explicit consent.
  • Sexually explicit material, or content involving minors in any context.
  • Counterfeit products or replicas presented as genuine brand goods.
  • Content intended to deceive buyers, including manipulated imagery that misrepresents a product's nature or condition.

4.Prohibited products

Some product categories are not permitted on the service regardless of rights, including weapons and weapon accessories, regulated drugs and drug paraphernalia, and items whose sale is restricted or illegal in your or our jurisdiction. We may extend this list as our policies evolve.

5.Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the service itself, including:

  • Creating multiple accounts to multiply Free Trial usage or evade restrictions.
  • Scraping, bulk-downloading, or reselling generated models as a competing asset library.
  • Attempting to probe, reverse engineer, or overload the generation infrastructure.
  • Interfering with other users' accounts, models, or data.

6.Content review

Generation requests may be screened automatically, and flagged content may be reviewed by our team. Content that violates this policy fails with a content-policy reason; reserved Credits for such failures are handled as described in the Refund Policy and may be forfeited in cases of clear abuse.

7.Consequences of violations

Depending on severity and history, violations may result in removal of content, forfeiture of Credits, suspension of generation capability, or permanent account closure. Serious or repeated violations are closed without refund. Where required, we report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities.

8.Reporting violations

If you believe content on Neyvo3D infringes your rights or violates this policy, contact support with a description of the content, where you saw it, and evidence of your rights. We review every report and respond to the reporter.

9.Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service evolves; material changes are announced in the app or by email before taking effect. Questions about whether specific content is allowed can be sent to our support team before you upload.
