Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

One person or business may not operate multiple accounts to multiply one-time trial-Credit grants. We may restrict accounts that abuse trial eligibility.

After email verification, each eligible new account receives 100 trial Credits as a one-time allowance. Each Generation Catalog SKU shows its own Credit cost before submission. The selected cost is reserved on submission, consumed after successful completion, and released after a technical failure. Trial results can be inspected interactively in the browser, and the Lightweight GLB can be downloaded; the Full-quality GLB requires a plan.

Single-View accepts one product photo as input. Download rights and other paid capabilities depend on the plan shown at purchase.

Where a paid plan is available, its price, included Credits, billing period, applicable taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation terms are shown before you confirm the purchase. Only the terms presented for that transaction apply.

Available subscription-management actions are shown in Billing. Nothing in this section makes a payment option available when it is not offered in the product.

The Credits consumed by a generation request depend on the Generation Catalog SKU selected before submission. Each SKU shows its own required amount before you confirm the request. The selected amount is reserved on submission, consumed after successful completion, and released after a technical failure. After email verification, eligible new accounts receive 100 trial Credits as a one-time allowance; the available balance and eligible uses are shown in the account and generation flow.

Credits are usage capacity, not currency. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

If a generation fails, the reserved Credits are released back to your balance automatically. Failures are shown with one of three plain-language categories — content policy, input file, or technical — along with guidance on what to try next.

If a completed model appears defective, you may request a Credit refund through support, as described in our Refund Policy.

You retain all rights to the photos you upload and, subject to these terms, to the models generated from them for your lawful use. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to provide the service to you.

You represent that you own or have permission to use every photo you submit, and that your content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse or remove content that violates it.

Neyvo3D uses automated and third-party AI-assisted processing to create 3D output. Results are probabilistic and may contain geometry, texture, scale, color, or completeness errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, manufacturing, selling, or relying on them in a commercial workflow.

We do not guarantee that an output is unique, non-infringing, dimensionally accurate, or suitable for safety-critical, engineering, medical, architectural, or manufacturing use.

Your use of Neyvo3D is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. You may not upload, generate, distribute, or request NSFW, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, content involving minors, deceptive content, or material that infringes another person's rights. Violations may result in content removal, Credit forfeiture, suspension, or permanent account closure.

Models generated with trial Credits remain accessible for 30 calendar days from successful generation. Paid models remain accessible for 365 calendar days. Access stops at the applicable deadline, even if physical deletion processing takes longer. You are responsible for saving any files you are entitled to download before access ends. After permanent deletion — at the end of retention or when you delete a model yourself — models cannot be recovered.

You may permanently delete your account from Account settings. Account deletion requires identity confirmation, removes remaining Credits and access rights, and permanently removes your uploads and models. If your account has a paid service, follow the applicable Billing terms before deletion.

We may retain de-identified operational records where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Neyvo3D name, logo, website, and software are our property or that of our licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use our branding, to copy the service, or to reverse engineer any part of it except as permitted by law.

Generation quality depends on input photos and product characteristics. We do not warrant that models will be dimensionally exact, perfectly textured, or suitable for every downstream use, and we encourage you to inspect the interactive preview before relying on a result.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neyvo3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Mandatory rights under the law that applies to you are not excluded by these terms.
