1.The service
Neyvo3D converts product photos you submit into interactive 3D models that you can preview in the browser and, with an active subscription, download as GLB files. Generation is asynchronous: requests are queued and processed, and results appear in your model library with notifications when ready.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time. We will not materially reduce the core service you have paid for during an active billing cycle.
2.Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
One person or business may not operate multiple accounts to multiply Free Trial usage. We may restrict accounts that abuse trial eligibility.
3.Free Trial
Each new account receives one Free Trial Single-View generation. Free Trial results can be previewed interactively in the browser but cannot be downloaded, and Multi-View generation is not included in the trial.
Subscribing unlocks GLB downloads for trial results and paid results alike, subject to their retention period.
4.Subscriptions and billing
Neyvo3D offers three monthly subscription plans — Starter, Growth, and Scale — billed in advance each month. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you retain your current plan's benefits until the current cycle ends.
5.Credits
Generation consumes Credits: 100 Credits per Single-View request and 150 Credits per Multi-View request. Each plan includes a monthly Credit allotment that refreshes at the start of each billing cycle.
Credits are usage capacity, not currency. Unused Credits expire at renewal, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. When you submit a generation, the required Credits are reserved; they are consumed when the model is produced.
6.Failed generations
If a generation fails, the reserved Credits are released back to your balance automatically. Failures are shown with one of three plain-language categories — content policy, input file, or technical — along with guidance on what to try next.
If a completed model appears defective, you may request a Credit refund through support, as described in our Refund Policy.
7.Your content and your rights
You retain all rights to the photos you upload and, subject to these terms, to the models generated from them for your lawful use. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to provide the service to you.
You represent that you own or have permission to use every photo you submit, and that your content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse or remove content that violates it.
8.Acceptable use
Your use of Neyvo3D is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. It covers content rights, prohibited content, and prohibited conduct. Violations may result in content removal, Credit forfeiture, or account suspension.
9.Model retention and deletion
Finished models are stored for 30 days from creation. We remind you before the retention date, and you are responsible for downloading the GLB files you want to keep. After permanent deletion — at the end of retention or when you delete a model yourself — models cannot be recovered.
10.Our intellectual property
The Neyvo3D name, logo, website, and software are our property or that of our licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use our branding, to copy the service, or to reverse engineer any part of it except as permitted by law.
11.Disclaimers
Generation quality depends on input photos and product characteristics. We do not warrant that models will be dimensionally exact, perfectly textured, or suitable for every downstream use, and we encourage you to inspect the interactive preview before relying on a result.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
12.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neyvo3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the event.
13.Changes and contact
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
