Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Neyvo3D collects when you use our website and services, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, Free Trial users, and subscribers alike.

1.Overview

Neyvo3D turns product photos into interactive 3D models. To do that, we process account information, the product photos you submit, and the models that result. This policy describes each category of data, why we need it, and how long it stays on our systems.

We designed the product so that some content never leaves your device at all — those cases are called out below.

2.Information you give us

When you create an account we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials (or a Google sign-in identifier if you choose connected login). When you subscribe, our payment processor collects your payment details; we receive only the billing status, plan, and transaction references — never your full card number.

When you contact support, we keep the ticket contents and any attachments you choose to send.

3.Product photos and uploads

Photos you submit for generation are processed to create your 3D models. They are stored with your account so you can review inputs alongside results, and they are deleted together with the associated model at the end of its retention period.

On public pages — including the homepage upload and the free GLB Viewer — selected files stay in your browser. A photo you choose on the homepage is kept only in your browser's local storage until you create an account and explicitly submit it; the GLB Viewer processes files entirely on your device and uploads nothing.

4.How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate the service: authenticating you, processing generation requests, maintaining your model library, delivering notifications, billing your subscription, and responding to support requests.

We also use aggregated, de-identified usage information to improve generation quality and product reliability. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your product photos or models to advertise other products.

5.Model storage and retention

Finished models are stored for 30 days from creation so you can preview and download them. We send a retention reminder before that date. When the retention period ends — or when you delete a model earlier — the model and its source photos are permanently deleted from active storage and, after a short verification window, from backups.

Failed generation inputs follow the same deletion schedule as completed models.

6.Browser-local content

Two features are intentionally local-first. The homepage upload keeps your selected photo as a browser-local draft until you register and submit it; clearing your browser storage removes it. The free GLB Viewer opens files directly in your browser using local processing — the file contents are never transmitted to our servers.

7.Service providers

We work with a small number of providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and specialized 3D processing infrastructure. Each provider receives only the data required to perform its function and is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We do not disclose which infrastructure partners process specific requests, and provider identities are never part of your generated output.

8.Cookies and local storage

We use a small set of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and preserve browser-local drafts such as the homepage upload. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9.Data security

We protect data in transit with TLS encryption and at rest with provider-managed encryption. Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel under least-privilege controls, and destructive operations such as model deletion are verified before completion.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

10.International transfers

Our infrastructure may process data in regions other than your own. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11.Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in your account settings — including permanent account deletion — or by contacting support.

You may also unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time; operational messages such as generation notifications and billing receipts will continue while your account is active.

12.Children's privacy

Neyvo3D is a business tool and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it.

13.Changes and contact

If we change this policy in a material way, we will post the updated version here and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the current version.

Questions about privacy can be sent to our support team through the in-app Support page or by email.
