Neyvo3D turns a product image supplied by the user into a generated 3D asset. The service manages image intake, generation choices, task processing, Credits, model storage, browser preview, GLB delivery, retention, and customer support.
2.Models currently used
Neyvo3D uses models from the TRELLIS family for image-to-3D generation.
Neyvo3D also uses models from the Hunyuan3D family for supported 3D-generation workflows. The model used for a request may depend on the selected output and the currently enabled production pipeline.
3.How model names are used
TRELLIS and Hunyuan3D are names associated with their respective model creators and owners. They are referenced only to explain underlying technology. They are not part of the Neyvo3D brand, and their mention does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
4.Generated-output limitations
AI-generated 3D results are probabilistic. Geometry, topology, scale, texture, color, materials, and completeness may differ from the source image or from real-world measurements. Users must inspect results before publishing, manufacturing, selling, or relying on them in a commercial workflow.
5.Content and safety
Neyvo3D is intended for lawful product visualization. NSFW, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, content involving minors, deceptive content, and material that infringes another person's rights are prohibited. Requests may be blocked or reviewed when they appear to violate our policies.
6.Changes to the model pipeline
The production model pipeline may change as quality, reliability, safety, licensing, and availability evolve. This page identifies the model families currently disclosed for Neyvo3D and will be updated when the production pipeline changes materially.
