Generation and queueing
Queued, Generating, Ready, Failed: statuses explained
3 min read
Every generation request moves through four customer-visible statuses: Queued, Generating, Ready, and Failed. Here is what each one means and what you can do while it is active.
Queued
Your request is accepted and waiting for capacity. The Credits for the request are reserved but not yet consumed. While a request is Queued you can cancel it from its status page, and the reserved Credits are released back to your balance.
Generating
The model is actively being created. Most models are ready within a few minutes, and you can safely leave the page—Neyvo3D will notify you when it is ready. Cancellation is no longer available at this stage because the work is already underway.
Ready
The model is finished and opens automatically in the interactive result view, where you can orbit, zoom, and inspect it in your browser. Subscribers can also download the Lightweight and Full-quality GLB files from the same page.
Failed
A failed request shows one of three plain-language categories: Content Policy, Input File, or Technical. The page states whether Credits were used or released back to your balance, and offers only the actions that make sense for that category—such as adjusting the photo or trying again.
