How to cancel a queued request

You can cancel a generation request while it is still waiting in the queue. Once generation has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
When cancellation is possible
Cancellation is available only while the request shows the Queued status. As soon as it moves to Generating, the work is underway and the option disappears—this is why the cancel action is absent or disabled on the Generating status.
How to cancel
Open the request's status page from your model library or notifications and choose Cancel. Confirm the action, and the request stops before any work begins. The reserved Credits are released back to your balance immediately.
What happens after
A cancelled request does not produce a model and does not consume Credits. You can adjust your photos and submit a new request whenever you like—cancelling never affects your eligibility or your plan.
