Plans and Credits
How Credits work
4 min read
Credits are the usage balance that comes with your plan. Every generation request costs a fixed number of Credits, and your balance renews with your plan each month.
What Credits are
Credits measure how much generation you can use in a billing month. They are part of your plan, not a currency—they cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
How many Credits each request costs
A Single-View request costs 100 Credits and a Multi-View request costs 150 Credits. The cost is shown on the review screen before you submit, together with the balance you will have left.
Reservations and releases
When you submit a request, its Credits are reserved while it is Queued and consumed once generation begins. If you cancel while Queued, or a request fails before generation starts, the reservation is released and the Credits return to your balance.
When Credits renew
Your balance resets to your plan's monthly amount on each renewal date. Unused Credits do not roll over and are not cash value, so the practical approach is to choose the plan that matches your typical month.
Checking your balance
Your current balance appears in the top utility bar when you are signed in, and the Plan & Credits page shows the full usage ledger—reserved, consumed, released, and granted Credits with dates.
