How long are models stored?

Models are stored for a defined retention period so your library stays fast and storage stays fair. Every model shows its own dates, and you are reminded before anything expires.
Retention at a glance
Each model in your library shows its retention or deletion date where relevant, and the model result page repeats it beside the download options. Dates are shown in your local format, so there is no ambiguity about when something expires.
Reminders before expiry
Neyvo3D sends a retention reminder notification before a model reaches the end of its storage period. That gives you time to open the result and download both GLB variants for anything you want to keep long-term.
Keeping models permanently
The reliable way to preserve a model is to download its Full-quality GLB before the retention date. After permanent deletion, the model and its files cannot be recovered. You can also delete models yourself at any time from the result page—deletion is confirmed in advance and cannot be undone.
